Why we built this

It started with a kid who struggled with the pressure of success.

I had some early success but dealt with anxiety and fear of my sport. Working with Kyle, I learned the practices that helped me day in and day out. I became known as a "clutch performer", but really I had practiced frameworks and tools for years- so I was confident on the biggest stage - the Olympic finals.
Rosie MacLennan · on working with mental performance coach Kyle Paquette

The work wasn't a pep talk. It was real frameworks with tangible activities and tools. I learned to name what was happening in my body, reframe my inner voice, build cues I could lean on going into competition. I learned how to build myself up and how to manage the emotions and have the confidence I needed. The clutch performer wasn't a new person. It was always me - the same kid, with new tools.

That's why I'm here. We exist because most athletes don’t get to work with Kyle. We're putting those exact frameworks, structured and trainable, in your pocket.

Quiet confidence,

My coach told me to "just focus" for years. This app actually taught me how.

I do the Ready for Today every day before practice and games. It's quick, but helps me get ready to play.
